Baby is Brewing- Tea Party

I was approached by my friend Elvia to do some floral centerpieces for her Baby Shower being thrown by her Sister in Laws, Mother in Law and her Mom. She wanted this to be a special surprise so that she could give to them to thank them for throwing her this shower. However, I think the surprise was on her! Her Sister in Law contacted me and said we would also like you to do all the other decorations, but asked me not to tell her! I was of course good at keeping it a secret!
Elvia was genuinely surprised! All in all it worked out great!

Red Wagon Baby Shower

This Baby Shower was so much fun to create! I have always had a fondness for Little Red Radio Flyer Wagons and this was the perfect way to use my wagons and creative ideas! The only thing was that this was a baby shower for a client I had and not an event I hosted.

Book Themed Baby Shower

Another perfect theme for Susie was a Book Themed Baby Shower! Susie is an avid reader and the only mom I have known to register for books on her baby registry. This was one of my all time favorite events!
The invitations were so much fun to create!
She got pinned with this book inspired creation.
Each centerpiece brought a book to life!
Where the Wild Things Are is one of my favorites!
The Giving Tree went so well with their Maternity Photos done by my husband Jose Loera.
Guests were asked to bring books to enter a raffle & help start Noah's Library!

Find more photos of Susie's Maternity Session here on Jose's Blog

I'm Late, I'm Late for a Very Important Date!!!

In honor of my Sister in Law Gloria we did a Alice in Wonderland themed Baby Shower! The guests all  arrived dressed with hats and all ready for the Tea Party!

Susie's Asian Themed Bridal Shower

Planning Susie's Bridal Shower was simple. Immediately after getting engaged my Mom and I thought of no other theme for Susie. She loves Asian inspired things and we thought that would be a wonderful theme for her shower!

From the centerpieces and decor to the games, cake and favors everything was themed to perfection in style and colors! Best of Susie loved it!

It's a Twin Thing!

I hosted this Baby Shower for my Brother & Sister in Law in honor of their twins to be Rokko & Zack. I thought that Thing 1 & Thing Two were the perfect theme for a twin baby shower.
This Cat in the Hat head served as inspiration for the whole event!
My sister in law Susie did a great job at incorporating the theme into her cake and cupcakes!
All the details including games and snacks were themed to match!
Even the favors left guests with a little SomeThing to remember the event by!
The Centerpieces incorporated flowers and pictures and the three colors representing Thing 1 & Thing 2!
I look forward to doing at least one other event in this theme in the future!  I have many more ideas to share!
